Using a sweet mash process, Peerless whiskeys are all made on a small craft scale. The result of which is superior flavors and quality.

Kentucky Peerless’s Rye whiskey came to be under the masterful eye of head distiller Caleb Kilburn. Kilburn helped Peerless distill its first barrel of whiskey on March 4th of 2015. And, for the first time in 98 years, Peerless Whiskey is back in the barrel. 2 years later, the first batch of Peerless Rye Whiskey is bottled. It’s the first brown spirit in 100 years under the Peerless name.

Following its release, Peerless is having a renaissance. Drawing a new generation of devotees who sip and savor this extraordinary whiskey. Kentucky Peerless’ Rye Whiskey has been awarded and recognized for its outstanding taste and quality. On November 20, 2017 Peerless Rye Whiskey was ranked 15th best whiskey in the world and No. 1 rye whiskey. On April 23, 2018, Peerless Rye Whiskey was ranked top rye by Whiskey Advocate again.

As a result, Peerless small batch rye whiskey – aged just 3 years – is shifting the paradigm on ways to craft and distill a top quality whiskey.
