Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

We will only allow returns and refunds if the customer receives the incorrect product, otherwise all sales are final.

To be eligible for a return it must be proven that the product received was not the product ordered, your item must returned (return to address below),  sealed and unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will coordinate in getting you a return shipping label, and once the product is received, resend the appropriate product(s).

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and begin the process to resend the appropriate product.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will work with the appropriate distiller to have a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank/credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged Goods:

We are not responsible for goods damaged during shipping, this matter will have to be addressed with UPS(United Parcel Service), our primary shipper.
